Starting the Holidays

Warning now entering the thoughts of Arlo
Been a great week for the most part. Had a great thanksgiving with our friends and neighbors the Bryson's as well as a classmate of Heathers who didn't have any family to celebrate with. Also had Chris join us in the evening for dessert and games. Been feeling sick the last few days but nothing too overpowering. Just went through all our Sunday appropriate Christmas videos and getting excited for Christmas. Hoping to get lights and decorations up this weekend, though i'm a little worried about the outside lights. Last year I had Vance with me which made things bit easier with his long monkey arms and about a foot worth of height advantage. I miss you Vance. Looking forward to a new week with hope and confidence that I can get stuff done I feel good about life. I love my life. I love my wife. I love my Lord and I love all of you.

A Change in Protocal

Arlo here
Some of you already know about the recent events concerning Doug and I, but for those of you who don't i'll give a breif summary. As you know I wrote an apology letter to the family regarding my actions over the last few years. Mom responded quickly, but i did'nt hear from anyone else. This was disheartening to Heather and I. A few weeks later Doug sent out a political email to Heather, which annoys her anyway, that stated that he had sent several letters to congress and was encouraging everyone else to do so. This upset Heather so much that she sent an email back to Doug that turned into a series of emails. During the course of these emails I decided that the time had come to say my peace and end the negative relationship Doug and I had. So I did so in an email that stated in plain words how I felt and that I no longer wanted to see or talk to him anymore. So thats what happened.
In other news Heather is still doing well in school and is very excited to be graduating soon. December 19 to be precise. Helen has sustained several head injuries throughout this week including a faceplant in a metal chair, strange kid fingernail attack, stucco on the side of the house, and a headbutt into Felicity to mention a few. So she's pretty banged up but still as cute as ever. Heather gave me a haircut yesterday and has vowed to never try again. Well till next time, love you all
